I tried versions older than 5.3.5-3 as well. This actually led to another problem, which is that I can't uninstall the newer Wacom drivers (6.3.32-4), even though they show up as a separate program. I can go to Control Panel > Uninstall > Wacom Tablet > Uninstall > 'Do want to allow this app to make changes.' > Yes > and then nothing happens.
